Can I hire the TLL Stripping Machine and do the work ourselves?
NO the system and machinery is only useable by our own trained operatives.
Do all existing/old floorcovering have to be removed from my floor panels?
YES A clean surface is essential before any new floorcovering can be applied
Can most access floor panels be re-upholstered with new floorcovering?
YES But sometimes repairs are necessary.
Will I receive advice on the maintenance of our new upholstered panels?
YES We offer a method statement on all general cleaning recommendations and can develop a bespoke programme for sensitive areas.
Can our staff work with TLL staff to save our company money?
YES We welcome any input but naturally TLL will manage all projects.
Will a guarantee be available for the new flooring panels?
YES A warranty will be prepared and agreed before and on completion of all projects that will clearly cover each element of product and labour.
Will training be given on how the panels should be removed and replaced?
YES A short DVD will be given and discussed when a completed upholstered floor is handed over.
We are having continuous problems with our 600mm x 600mm access panel floor. The 500mm x 500mm carpet tiles are moving all the time when we want to gain access to carry out alterations to the services. The carpet tiles are removed but never put back the right way. We continually have problems with sticky floors can TLL change all this and provide our company with a new upholstered floor?
YES The type and style will be dependant on your existing access panels.
Will there be much disruption during TLL work for our business?
NO/YES There is always some unavoidable disruption whilst a programme of work gets underway. This can be minimised by TLL Staff working as close as possible to the place of refurbishment and the planning of work.
Will there be a big cash saving using the TLL method of refurbishment?
YES Even if TLL undertakes everything ranging from project management stripping/re-upholstery to providing all staff and products, we are keen to work alongside a client's staff and encourage savings where possible.
Will I need to buy any new access floor panels, legs/stringers?
YES If alterations or repairs are required.
NO If the panels are OK.
